Customers Seeing Disabled Legacy & New Update Company Steps

We've resolved an issue where both the new and legacy Update Company steps appeared as disabled, despite the customer having the new Company entity enabled. This issue prevented customers from accessing the Update Company step when the new Company entity was enabled. With this fix, the new Update Company step will correctly display and will be fully accessible for customers with the new Company entity enabled.
